Cabbage Stir Fry with Ground Pork

Another recipe featuring the ever versatile Ground Pork.  :)

Cabbage Stir Fry

1 pound Wilcox Heritage Farm ground pork
1 small head cabbage, chopped,
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic (pressed through garlic press, or minced)
2-3 organic carrots, grated
1/2 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sour cream, for serving
Brown pork in large skillet (I like to use cast iron) with onion, garlic, and basil. Add in carrots. When onion & carrot is starting to soften, add the cabbage. Cook about 10 more minutes, stirring often until cabbage starts to soften. Top with sour cream when serving.
